Instructions: You
do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment on-line. PayPal takes major credit cards. If you are
registering for a new class add the appropriate
registration fee to the cart. Add the library fee.
Add your tuition. You may pay in full, but if you
wish to make installment payments add one credit for
each class you plan to attend. You will be billed
later for two more payments.
It is also
possible to pay an outstanding bill. Click on the
add to cart icon. This will bring you to a screen
where you can put in the amount that you desire to
