General Fees  
Registration: early $25.00 per student per semester (nonrefundable*)
Tuition: $100.00 per credit
Auditors: $50.00per credit plus all fees
Discipleship: $50.00 flat fee
Library Fee: $10.00 per student per semester
Books:       as required

Example: A three credit course will cost $300 plus fees; an audit for a 3 credit course will be $150 plus fees.

Payment Plan
 

 

R Payment in full at registration is always appreciated. However,

      if you prefer you may pay your bill in 3 installments.

Installment Plan: Three payments

payment #1  to be made on or before the first day of class - one third tuition plus fees

payment #2  will be due 30 days later - one third tuition

payment #3  the third payment is due in 60 days - one third tuition
  • Bills that are delinquent will be charged a 2% fee per month beginning 90 days after the start of a class. 

  • Student fees that remain unpaid after 90 days will receive a warning. If fees remain unpaid the account will be referred to a collection agency.

  • All collection agency fees will be the student’s responsibility.

Tuition and library fees for withdrawing students:

     100% during the first week of class                         100%  during the first week of class
     75%  after one week, before 3 weeks                          75%  after one week, before 2nd week
     25%  after three weeks before 6 weeks                       25%  after two weeks before 3 weeks
       0%  after 6 weeks                                                    0%  after 3 weeks
Discipleship: $50.00 flat fee - to be paid on or before the first class - no refunds for early withdrawal
* Registration fee will be refunded if a class is cancelled.

# The library fee is to help the Institute to purchase books for and maintain the Emmaus Library. The size and quality of   the Library is crucial for accreditation.
